I finally heard back a couple of days ago that I will be living and serving with the Uganda Catholic Worker starting August 28th! It is a fairly new Catholic Worker and as of now, the only one located in all of Africa. I will be involved with various works of mercy such as attending to the needs of homeless groups, carrying out evangelical outreaches, prayer and Scripture study, engaging in peace/Christian nonviolence/anarchist and social justice activities, and helping out in orphanages and prison/death penalty ministry. I feel so very blessed and cannot wait for this next exciting chapter in my life! Now to raise the funds. I will be needing all the support I can get! Man oh man this is grand.

El Camino de Santiago- A couple of weeks ago I started journaling a bucket list of the adventures I plan/dream/will take during my lifetime. This is a spiritual pilgrimage that I want to embark on. Preferably before I’m 30. Preferably with good food and wine.
